The Rožmberk Bastion Restaurant

The restaurant is situated in Rožmberská Street right in the centre of the picturesque town of Třeboň, a three-minute walk from Masarykovo náměstí Square. The interior will remind you of the usual, South Bohemian fishermen style. The decoration is from prepared fish, fishing nets, it is furnished with massive furniture and, especially, it has high-quality dishes, Czech beer and Moravian wine. All of this offers a culinary experience that makes, to our pleasure, more and more of our visitors return.
For summer, we are preparing a large terrace with a fireplace for almost 50 guests. The restaurant can seat, all year round, 40 guests.

The Chef recommends
Jewish-style carp:
200 g of carp
salt
fish spices
onion
garlic
white wine

Cooking instructions:
Salt the carp, add spices and put it in the oven. Finally, add onion and garlic and a little white wine. Serve with lemon.

Side dishes:
Potatoes, bread
Serve with white wine
